NAF Signed MOU With ITF and EPAIL To Promote Research and Development

NAF Signed MOU: Nigerian Air Force signed memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with Industrial Trust Fund (ITF) and Equipment and Protective Applications International Limited (EPAIL) to promote research and development.

According to the NAF spokesman Air Commodore EDWARD GABKWET, the partnership will allow NAF to focus on research and security using computer-based technology. He noted that NAF is driving towards an independent technology with the collaboration of other agencies. The Nigerian Air Force has achieved Mi-35 helicopter and L-39ZA trainer aircraft through partnership. The NAF currently has 32 active MoUs. MoU partners the Director-General ITF Sir Joseph Ari noted that the MoUs would establish a framework through which the signatories would work together to nurture a cooperative and win-win relationship.
